The thing abt eating before swimming is that when you jump in a cold water body the sudden exposure to cold in various parts of our body causes something called immersion syndrome it can actually cause cardiac arrest

@@claremcdermott1341 there is a nerve in our body called the vagus nerve it is present around the stomach it also is responsible for decreasing the heart rate........ When we jump into cold water especially with a full stomach there is a chance that this nerve will get stimulated and cause our heart to stop....... It is very rare but a full stomach increses the possibility that the nerve is closer to the skin...... Im not saying it happens to everyone who swims after eating
