Good afternoon friends. Today I want to share with you a recipe for a butter pie. The pie turns out very tasty and soft. This quantity of products yields one pie and several buns.
Ingredients:
Warm milk 250 ml
Sugar 4 tbsp
Dry yeast 7 gr
Butter 50 g
Salt 1/3 tsp
Egg 1 piece
Flour 500-550 gr
Filling:
Pour 300 grams of dried apricots with a small amount of water and cook under the lid at low temperature until it becomes soft, then punch it with a blender or pass through a meat grinder. Add sugar to taste.
