Becoming a Microsoft Partner is quite easy and you don't have to be a huge company. It is basically just a flat 2000 EUR yearly fee for silver partnership, after you cover the requirements, which are not too tough. And just the software licenses you get in return are worth 20 times the cost.

just Buy 1 Visual Studio Pro Subscription for 1 or 2 Years u will get Azure Money to Use and many software Packs also u are able to get Partnership without paying the 2k Fee ...

no speed diff. and your could use AzureOpenAi now at more Contries not only EastUS

@@mariof.1941is this still the case? Some forum members on openAI suggest switching to Azure for faster completions. Not sure I want to go through the hoops myself to check, but would if it was really faster

I'm not sure I 100% trust the training cutoffs. Chat-GPT knows about Anthropics' Helpful and Harmless paper, and that was published April 2022.

I guess the cutoff-date is for pre-training data. Additional fine-tuning (see gpt-3.5-turbo-0301) or integration of ICL can happen at any time for a proprietary, therefore black-box, system.
