Looking at you all guys remind me of me in the early 2000s. Bunch of petrol heads enjoying their life, following their hearts and less their brains. Playing with the rides that give the owner goose bumps. I'm in my 40s now, adult life caught up. Children, "boring" family wagon, different priorities. 10yrs ago left Poland for Switzerland. I miss those times. But my dream is (once I raise my kids enough 😉) to slowly come back to the "heart". Whenever I watch your videos I feel like being part of the community again. This was SUCH a pleasure to watch. Really felt kind of connected. Bought 2020 my weird ass dream car, an ek9. Wanted it in best condition, yellow, rust free. Got a white one and some rust. But yeah. Best feeling to finally achieve such a goal. I wanted one for about 15 years. Looking forward to more content about the car. Take your time. All the best from Germany.

Probably my favorite Nightride episode yet. What a journey! I found my ae86 on craigslist 6 years ago, but only had to drive 45 minutes to pick it up. I would have endured this same voyage knowing what I have gone through with my car and the final outcome. I feel the urge to get some Nightride stickers for my 86 now!

Where I live, there's a blacked-out chrome rim Crown Vic that's in pristine condition, not one stain or scratch on it, showing up on the highway, goes so fast I can't believe its a Vic, then it disappears. Nothing fills me with more joy inside of me than seeing someone with immense respect and care for classic cars, truly appreciating each horsepower it makes.

Neil is one of my favorite guys on UKposts, his passion for the JDM culture is awesome. So glad you were able to get your dream Hachi-Roku. My first car was an AE86 here in the US when I turned 17 (2005), then I owned 5 or 6 more over the years until I sold my last one in 2011. I'm almost 40 and I miss it so much. Congrats bro!!!

It's all about memories, in 2006 i drove Mk4 Supra from Brighton to Krotoszyn in stop over in Amsterdam,alone. Drove it for around 3 month there, took it to main Toyota dealer for service in Kalisz, all mechanics came over to look at it coz they never seen one before. Then drove in back with my wife back to UK. After 3 years i sold it.Took my little cousin for a drive wich inspired him to love this car. In 2012 he came over a bought a Mk4 Supra, we picked the car from Birmingham drove it to Brighton and then he took it all the way back to Poland alone. With only one stop somewhere in Holland to meet his Father in a Hgv, slept few hours in the cabin and drove home. He got his Supra till this day, i sold mine but always regret it, was one of the best cars i owned. Great episode boys, its all about memories 👍👊

@nightride i had a similar situation back in 2014 when i picked up a 2008 rx8 r3 from london and driving it back to germany. wasnt as long as your journey.. but man i got this feeling i had back there again right now watching your video. i didnt took the tunnel but the fairy to calais and drove the whole night, alone without navigation and nearly had to stop my travel cause i couldnt find a gas station at 3 o clock on the morning, but in the end i did it somehow after 12 hours of driving, nearly the same route as you did and finishing it in dortmund. i can tell, that was a core memory of my life and so is this for you. keep the memory. awesome video brothers. greetings from germany.
