Houdini was only set on proving FAKE mediums to be fake. As Ryan said before, Houdini believed real mediums existed, but just hated the fakes. Therefore, he would've been ecstatic to find a real one who could actually hear his message.

Now all I imagine is when Ryan is in his 70s going to all the lazy rivers just to reconnect with his old buddy. One day he hears Shane's call and the next person asks "What was that? Was it a coyote?" Ryan just smiles like a creepy old man looking into the distance.

The bois decided to name the cusp between shaniac and boogara with "reeder" (it used to be shitfish) in honour of her guest appearence in the ep.
