Water - 40 ml (at room temperature)
Condensed milk - 225 g
Vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract) - 10 g
Unsalted butter - 350g (room temperature)
Cocoa powder (dark) - 25 g
For the filling:
Apricot jam - 125 g
Chocolate ganache (frosting):
Dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) - 150 g
Heavy cream - 150 ml (hot)
Unsalted butter - 50g (room temperature)
