This might be my favorite COD ending. Newer ones have this crazy fixation on "boss" characters; throughout the whole game youre just chasing this one man. These old CODs were simple & just about getting thru the war.... so epic how it just fades out w/ gunfire in the background

This game was GOATED !! I especially loved the airplane and the British commandos missions.

My grandfather stormed Juno beach during WWII. I often imagine how he felt when it was raining. That damp depressing cold feeling as you pushed further and further. I spent some time in an artillery battery myself and I know that feeling well. Also, hearing the "deuce and a half" in these games always reminded me of my many rides in the back of one bouncing around like a rag doll. LOL

There is a segment in this game where you drive a halftrack down a hill and through a gauntlet. That took me forever to complete. I was incredibly frustrated.

Does not contain high graphics like nowadays but touched the deepest point in the heart with the campaign. Good old days are past now. Now people only pays attention to graphics quality and actions but not the story.

I just finished the WW2 on PS4 😒 what a disappointment. I still think COD United Offensive is unmatched. Without all the stupid cinematic thing. I wish I had a copy of the game in a CD and a PC. I miss this game

Cool thing about the first American mission is that you can see Pvt. Martin, which is the playable character from the first American Campaign. It's a cool Easter egg.
