Ok...listening to this song and "feel it twice", the story is clear now. Camila and Shawn had mutual feelings years ago, but they were too young and he didn't know how to deal with the situation, so he let her go...she waited for him to make up his mind and tell her, but didn't happen, because he was focused on his career, because of pride... then she met someone else, she started a stable relationship, she was happy...and Shawn made his mind up at that point, when he felt he might have lost her...he told her and the entire world hus feelings for her via his songs...and she was mad at him, because that was the worst moment possible for her to reciprocate...so she though she would never feel the same for him, that it was too late for them (feel it twice)...but it wasn't too late and they are together now. Happy ending for them after all
