no offense: some tips to start off by drifting rwd: First,remember to always try to throttle in a wavy pattern ( let go on drift action,do a immediate throttle at entry,and exit. also remember to smoothly counter steer when you have to. I recommend if you really get into it remove the gyro so you can actually learn to properly counter steer. Other than that, good video,great content and nice begginner car! you should stay with it for now and do some steering upgrades like aluminum parts,and c hub delete if you feel like you have to. Maby some nicer tires. also reccomend a seperate set of indoor tires,and a seperate set for outdoor use because the asphalt really fu**s up your tires for indoor use over time. later on just get more aluminum parts until you feel like you got enough that it won't break easily. BUT FIRST ALUMINUM UPGRADE ALL THE WHEEL AND STEERING RELATED PARTS!! ok that is it hope you read this and take my advise even if you don't have to.

I love watching people drift. Would love to see more of these, and watch as you get better over time. For a first ever drifting session, I'd say you did pretty freaking good, particularly with RWD! Great job man 🙂

u should try to adjust the gyro until u think its smooth/suitable for u. Themore u turn it to limit(left), the more control u get over the car. The more on gain(right), the more it assist the countersteer. i usually keep it in middle or a little bit to limit(left) which keeps the car from spinning out. The next thing is that u need to tighten the diff when time passes, it will slip after u have it for 6months to 1 year, i would recommend to tighten it every 3 months , it could be tighten by turning a hex cap head screw in the outdrive thingy. The menu should give u more information about it. I have the mst rmx for almost 2yrs now i think. lmk if u need help with ur car XD

Waiting for the AMG GT version of this to come in the mail this week. Here's a tip to help you counter-steer better, do slight turn adjustments during the drift with slower steering wheel turns instead of full lock turns, then feather out with the throttle. The built in gyro should assist.

So, i aint got any drift car expierience but often i do make some donuts with my tamiya hornet on dust, and it looks( for me) that your steering is extreme like it makes 90 degree angles and i feel like you need to trim that to make it more smooth. Let me now if im right....

Try tuning ur controller so the front wheels dont turn as fast. I find it helps alot with the countersteer! Good video tho i think im gonna buy one

nice car man, driving needs some improvement, I don´t know if the gyro has something to do but seems you are overcorrecting too much. Something I learnt about this is that your throttle input also help you a lot in drifting situations when you need to correct angle or save a drift.
