Canelo didnt respect calebs skills considering caleb had his left up to catch and shoot (a technique eddy reynoso constantly drills with canelo) yet canelo would throw the left hook and get caught with a right cross due to his hubris. A lot of canelos shots landed glove tbh but he did have the work rate on caleb and when caleb had canelo on the ropes, he was either too gassed or hesitant to throw which is bad. I scored the fight maybe 3/4 to 7/8 up until the two knockdowns which resulted in a very bad stoppage.

If you watch closely youll see that the vast majority of shots given by canelo was deflected, that one unlucky punch came through after 11 rounds but up until then plant was defending really well.
