At the time it was pretty new to the home setting, but me and my dad were always into cutting-edge tech so we were all over that as soon as it became available locally. The internet was first developed in the 80s, though (for military/government use, and then for university use before hitting homes)

I'm hearing a different story from most people who have used the phone app to talk to people. They all say they'd rather use the headset, just like they could in Fortnite on the Switch. So Nintendo...errrr Fortnite devs got that one right, only a few thousand more games to go.

I wish that were so. It seems fine if you only have 2 people playing, though is still a little slowed down. Once a 3rd person joins, it slows way down. I'm not even sure they 'can' fix it, outside of building a dedicated server. After playing quite a bit of it, it seems to be a P2P connection issue (user side). If one of the 3 players has a slow connection, you all 3 suffer.

The collection has had updates and it now works fine now. As long as you have a Japanese eshop account or special ordered it from Japan because this collection cart was never released outside of Japan.

Actually kinda nice to have lesser known Capcom games getting some limelight again. I think only like Final Fight was their most mainstream beat em up series for the time and maybe Dungeons and Dragons. Btw I would like a port of that compilation from previous gen too.

Cave Johnson You think thats the only problem with Nintendo Switch Online? lol - No Cloud Saves for some of the games (HUGE deal breaker) - Xbox and PSN at least offers some good modern games (Bloodborne, Metal Gear Solid 5 and Madmax esc.) and not some crappy Nes games. - No dedicated servers

Armored Warriors. My arcade only had 2 player controllers, so we never had a chance to do 4 way combine. Hope this changes it.

Trying to find an old beat em up. Late 90s - early 2000s era I think. Possibly by Capcom, Namco or Konami. Maybe some other company. I played it on PS1 or PS2. It's set in what I believe was an Japanese or American High School. It's characters are focused around sports based combat such as someone using a baseball bat, a volleyball, football etc. It's kind of anime based (didn't even know what anime was at the time) and was 3d.
