I’ve been thinking, Young Avengers would probably work best as a Disney+ series, since these characters don’t have solo movies to flesh out their characters outside of teamups

I really like the idea of Quantumania being focused on Scott’s role as a father because my biggest criticism of the first two Ant-Man films is that they didn’t do that enough. Sure, the first one had a descent amount, but I never really felt that sense of guilt from Scott about missing out on so much of his daughter’s childhood and not being there for her when she needed him. Perhaps his arc over the course of this film could be forgiving himself for that. They could even make it so that he’s determined to cherish what time he has left with her by having him learn early on of the inevitability of his death. Then, his death scene at the end could be similar to Tony’s in that Cassy (like Pepper) reassures him that his work is done and they will be okay.

I hope their score is a modern randition of the Avengers theme, while the Thunderbolts or the Dark Avengers score is a darker and more menacing theme. Also I want Keanu Reeves Sentry as the main villain of a Young Avengers movie or series.

I still think making Riri Williams be a variant of Kang would make the most sense while also giving her a bit more meaning and simplifying things so that we don’t have iron heart AND iron lad…

I’d like you to do a video on the Dark Avengers, personally if I would choose 6 characters for that team, I’d choose John Walker, Abomination, Yelena, Maya Lopez, Agatha Harkness, and Norman Osborn as Iron Patriot

A long time ago I was a fan of the young avengers, I read their comics and most important moments, but the content of the young avengers is much less than other groups like the Teen Titans, so over time my excitement for the group was diminishing. Now that it seems that my dream of seeing them on the big screen is possible, I am very, very excited

I really like your idea about how we can have the Young Avengers in the MCU in the future and I hope they go to a similar way of bringing them into the picture. Scott's death in the third movie would be an impactful way to establish Kang as a threat for the future but also gives Cassie more motivation into being a superhero. The dynamic between her and a young Nathaniel Richards moving forward would be so interesting considering the murderer of her father and idol is a future version of her love interest. I can't wait for them to join and be a team like the Avengers did moving forward. Great video man!

That's a good fancast choices but I have a suggestion: Instead of Iron Lad, why not merge him with Riri Willams AKA Iron Heart? She's already going to have her own series which could end in a big twist, with Riri discovering that she's one of Kang's variants, pushing her into seeking help from other young heroes to stop Kang.

While i think Ashton is a great pick for Iron Lad. I dont think Kang variants necesarily HAVE to look like Majors. We also saw Sylvie and Boastfull Loki who look nothing like Hiddleston.

Your fan cast suggestions for the characters of Wiccan, Speed, Hulkling, and Iron Lad are right on point, and I would like to see Marvel give consideration to these actors for the roles, you never know. And I sure hope that Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania does turn out to be a cleverly planned origin story for the Young Avengers, I'm already excited for the movie because of Kang the Conqueror, the multiversal saga, and Cassie becoming Stature but the fact that the movie could become a culmination of the multiverse fracturing (As we witnessed in WandaVision, Loki, Spider-Man No Way Home, and will see in Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness) and the possibility of a group of young heroes rising up to fight against a tyrannical time traveler too great a threat for Scott and Hope makes this movie all the more important to watch, the future will depend on it! And I hope they come up with a good musical theme for the Young Avengers, it could sound a little similar to the original Avengers theme but different, a little rebellious, a little fresh, heroic, and as youthful as they are.... personally i think the young avengers team should have a member of the current roster be a sort of mentor that doesnt go into every battle but as they get older be there for support and advice on how to be an avenger and how to work together and as a sort of director or team manager like how fury was in the first and second avengers movies. for me there are so many options like clint barton, vision, ant-man, hope van-dym, or my personal choice thor (chris hemsworth). with jane becoming the new thor and chris hemsworth stating that he really does want to play his character for an even longer time you could have him become just Odinson not "thor" and as all the others retire or unfortunately die than he could be there to see these kids and tell them how the original team did it. or going off what u said with scott dying if that does happen than hope becomes this mentor to the team in honour of scott and to watch out for cassie with scott no longer around. i think either hope or thor (chris) would work really well in these roles moving into later stages in the mcu preferebly thor because of his more comedic demeanour but being a fierce force throughout the galaxy. just my thoughts

I think using Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantummania as a Young Avengers pilot of sorts is a great idea but I don't think every member needs to be in the film. Mainly because it'd make it too easy for the film to become over stuffed and lose its focus on Scott, Hope, Cassie, and Kang (Not to mention the other characters being introduced such as Bill Murray's character). As for Young Avengers I'd put in the film (other than Cassie for obvious reasons) I'd honestly limit it to just Kate Bishop (who's already rumored to be in the film). In the comics Kate moves to California (where the Ant-Man films take place) and it'd be cool if she does the same in the MCU. She could show up at Ant-Man's door specifically for trick arrows (as we know the Pym's provide tech to the Hawkeye's as of that show). Kate role really could be limited to the third act helping out in the final fight against Kang but honestly that feels like a giant leap in her character and a post credit tease of her picking up arrows makes more sense to me. As for why I wouldn't put any of the other Young Avengers in the film (aside from my previous reason of the fear of overstuffing it) most of the Young Avengers team members require set up that they just haven't been given yet. Wiccan and Speed will likely come out of Multiverse of Madness as teens but what would be their reasoning to come to Cali all the way from their last seen location of New Jersey? The only way I see them coming is if they get taken and adopted away by child services due to Wanda being an unfit and mentally unstable parent for them. Regardless they've probably got some trauma to work through and an Ant-Man film really isn't the place for that. Hulking may appear in Secret Invasion which is rumored to come out late this year but his story is so tied to Wiccan that it's best to hold off on delving into that (besides we don't even know how Secret Invasion will effect the wider MCU let alone when it takes place - it could occur after Quantummania for all we know) In regards to Isaiah Bradley/Patriot he doesn't even have powers yet and has the least reason to show up in Cali all the way from Washington DC. He'll next appearance/super hero origin will likely come in Captain America 4 which is no doubt coming after Quantummania (which is already done filming while Cap 4 on the other hand hasn't even been officially announced aside from a few reports). Lastly I don't think Scott needs to die in Quantummania. Cassie's already felt the loss of not having him around due to his being snapped and his death would just be retreading solid ground. If anything I'd like to see Scott continue as a mentor to the Young Avengers while stepping back from his role as a main Avenger (which he never really was anyway aside from helping the team in Endgame) in a similar fashion to Hank Pym in the Avengers Academy comics. PS I think we need LGBT+ actor rep behind the camera just as much as we do in front of it so while I like the actors you've chosen for Wiccan, Hulking, and Speed (who recently came out) I'd also put more emphasis to casting based on an actors sexual orientation in addition to their actual acting chops (which of course takes the priority)

Okay but hear me out... if jonathan majors has already been introduced as a variant of kang in loki, in my mind is safe to assume they're going to try and continue that idea but Kang has to come to quantumania, so what if the next season of loki they find this literal teen and instead of killing him or whatever they make him aware of the path his supposed to walk? What if they send him to a timeframe where he can help, and that's where he shows up in an imaginary young avengers show?

Theodore "Teddy" Altman: 183 cm. Mason Dye: 173 cm. Nathaniel Richards: 175 cm. Ashton Sanders: 180 cm. In my opinion, I would put Derek Chadwick (185 cm) as Hulkling, after all, the physique, the face and the height are closer to the proposal. I don't have any options less or more similar to Speed, however, I think that Ross Lynch would be a better option, out of my own opinion. As for the rest, I totally agree with your choice.

I think by the time we actually see a YA project the Wiccan and Speed actors will be a good age. Kids grow up incredibly fast. In 3 years on Lost in Space the youngest cast member was the tallest one by the final season.
