I think this house has potential. I love the floors and the yard could be planted with flowers, herbs, and vegetables. Lots of room for kids to play outside and far off the main street. The garage is just the right size for a motorcycle! Thanks for pointing out the dated furniture as we all need to use our imaginations to redecorate. Oh, my sister who lives in Spain says that washing machines for laundry in the kitchen are very typical in Spanish homes.

This is a charming house. Yes, the furniture is vintage but classic. Love the floors, you mentioned it was from the 70s? The renovated kitchen is a real plus point. Thanks for the tour. Hope your channel continues to grow. Always enjoy seeing what you have to show us.

Happy birthday Rino! The refrigerator in the storage room is a “freezer chest” if it keeps meat frozen and it’s a chest since it’s lays down on the ground. Your English is awesome and I really like your channel. 😊

The name of the tree is Loquat. It makes small orange color fruits about the size of a plum. I grow one on my property in the USA. Sadly it gets too cold over winter here for it to make fruit. Edit: I went back and rewatched that part and realized that you did include the English name 😜
