For questions about the speedo: The speedo can be switched between km/h and mp/h. Depend on choice, you'll see mp/h or km/h illuminated on the speedometer (underneath of 70 is mp/h written). In any case the speed is correct shown, but in km/h mode the analog shown speed is max. 220 km/h (because of the static screen print).

the numbers go up to 220, so here, the numbers are for mph, but the label is kph, but I think it can be changed so the red bar moves according to mph

WOW! This is the best video I've ever seen about acceleration. It seemed to take forever for my 2000 Accord EX to go from 90 to 100, 100-123 was more gradual but not as fast as this!

Para los que no saben, tiene 2 modalidades, km/h y mp/h, el marcador es hasta 220 mph pero tiene activado el sensor de km/h por lo tanto va a sobrepasar claramente los 220mph ya que equivalen a 350km/h

+dragonslayer1483 As an owner I can tell you it's correct, you can hit a button to switch a US-model Corvette to display the units in KPH. My guess is someone outside the states imported a US-model (this is sometimes cheaper than purchasing it locally), but wanted to switch to KPH to make it correspond to the locally used unit-system. There are more cars (eg. S2000) which have this ability and you can even change it while driving the car.

The car is fast as hell but this video is extremely misleading. That's 220 KPH which is just a little over 120 MPH. it went from 60 MPH to 120 MPH in 5.2 seconds. Which is very fast but no where near as fast as that misleading speedometer suggests. The fact that the speedo tops at 130MPH or so takes away all credibility of the speed of needle. Why not just leave it in MPH to give an accurate representation?

George Washington You can switch between mph and kph, but speedo numbers are fix, so it looks dumb when in kph. Apparently a US vette in Europe, 220 kph is still a functional way to drive in Europe,since except Germany there is a speed limit. It does look weird though... A digital speedo would be a better choice for that car.

mine is the same as this one. Im in Canada (kph) and the car came from usa (mph dash). Press the kph conversion and the needle jumps ahead to what kph is but the #'s remain the same like most cars with backlit dashboards.
