I went through a breakup in December 2021 and I’m still having the long fights against myself at night for about 2-3 times a week. Sometimes I’m sobbing like a child when I play this music, other times it relaxes me. It doesn’t really matter how many times this happens, it always feels useful afterwards. Needless to say I don’t like it that much because I’d rather sleep; I probably need the struggle to become stoic and great to make my life better in the long run so I’ll keep doing it.

I tried every track from this creator.. every each one... They all make me either depressed, fall asleep, or make my brain focus on the music it self instead of what Im reading.... Only thong I can focus with and stay awake while Im reading is something aggressive like NO VOCAL METAL or the soundtracks from HACKERS movie.. and put it on maximum volume on my earphones.

This chillout music is awesome in this video. No hip hop, no jazz, just calm relaxing music. The hip hop and jazz ones never made me feel chill nor focused, yet made me want to get up and dance. LOL When I need to focus and chill I need music like what is playing in this video. This is my go to video all the time now.
