Almost 100% sure it was lip synced. Yeah she did the alibis and all but compare this performance to her other live performances, or even compare this one to her GMA's performance. Chloe's vocals sound more improvised in those performances and she does way more runs live, none of which I hear in this performance. It doesn't seem live for that reason. I would say how its almost impossible to keep a perfect voice while doing all the movement but Chloe can do it 🤷🏾‍♂She's done it before.
