Chocolate Matches!

This creation is the perfect late night snack for a night outdoor under the stars. Each matchstick is my take on a s'more ready to eat! It's composed of two crunchy vanilla sable cups, a milk chocolate caramel ganache, a milk chocolate spread. All wrapped in a caramelized vanilla marshmallow, and a thin layer of colored white chocolate. The matchsticks are made with a caramelized white chocolate and smoked with oak wood! the box it self is crafted out of 100% chocolate. As usual the entire creation is edible!
Who wants to take one of these for their next outdoor adventure?

He even made the striker down the side. I love his details. I also love how he makes things look like wood. I like watching him make things look like marble too. I'd like to see another piece where he adds marble to it.

A lot of creators do make them just for the video. I think his bigger, more impressive sculptures are for something else. Of course, that's all guessing. I know he has a class, so maybe these were made for demos in his classes?
