This just makes the situation all the more sad & disappointing. Chris wasn’t even aware he should have been on guard or defending himself as Will was approaching him. 😢 I hope the media replays this and the other videos that Chris has opened up to the entire world discussing his diagnosis of NVLD. This is the straw that broke the camels back for me. 😢💜

I have the same disorder. I've had women literally tell me they wanted to smash and it went over my head. The only difference is that I'm extremely technically inclined and artistically inclined so I was actually diagnosed as having asperger syndrome. What helped me with music and technical skills is that I see sound as colors and music comes to me as mathematical equations(rhythms are fractions and chords and melodies are geometry and algebra)...which is really(to me) the same as anything involving some kind of technical skill. It took my wife to take our son to get tested (because he also has the same disorder) for me to get retested...then it was explained to me as nonverbal disorder. I've actually been off of medication for almost 7 years now but growing up it was VERY tough. The teasing was brutal. I was the music geek, math nerd who was trying to be white. Even today people are freaked out that I can play four instruments and can build a guitar amplifier or write a computer program just as well. Artists generally aren't technical and tech heads generally aren't artists but I do both equally well.
