34 isn't old lmao. People get this warped sense of age with athletes. Yeah, upper 30s is tough to be a solid athlete in professional sports, but for an average person, that's not old at all. And it certainly doesn't make it harder to have a decent physique. Maybe when you're like 55, okay it's starting to get tough.

@@thatstuff4647 well if you're morbidly obese yes, you probably are, Dwight currently weighs around 245 let's say if he's 8% fat that means he has less than 20lbs of fat ON HIS WHOLE BODY, professional body builders reach 8% fat the day of competition. Most pro athletes will never stop below 10% in their entire career.

@@joshuaburgos3450 I'm not sure where you're getting that information, many athletes stay under 10% body fat during a season or training pre-season. Karl Malone was known to hang around 5% body fat at times. I got down to just under 8% simply from doing mostly cardio and not eating fuckin 4,000 calroies a day like i used to. Wheaties/cereal and fruit or fruit smoothie in the morning, turkey or chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato for lunch, lots of water and some electrolytes throughout the day, and a meat with lots of vegetables and usually mashed potatoes as well at night. I'd snack on special k "protein" bars or clif bars, and i'd do at least one and often a combination of: running/bike/pullups/pushups/core/squatting on any given day, and one rest day per week. I hover around 8% to 9% body fat without even working out that hard, and i've been under 8% at times, and my main focus is cardio endurance and core strength for motorsports. Looking at Dwight, there's no fucking way he's over 10% body fat in this video. Lol. Not a chance.

Like others mentioned he would be super fragile and have to get way too heavy to be useful on the field. Imagine the first time somebody tackles him at the knees. Plus the NBA pays better, longer careers and little to no brain damage.
