I discovered his music my sophomore year right after my first “real” break up and that was back in 2010 and that song off of the white noise lp was called wake up. Web definitely entered a higher tier of quality with this track. He still has that same hunger and passion that was prevalent in his younger years but over time and actually if you watch closely at his lyrics throughout the decade you can see him fine tune and polish his abilities after every verse he creates. Idk what generation you are from. I was born in 81, but I usually say 90s kid. I have kids, and I have noticed that the youngest generations, 20's something and under, almost always get it. They easily see through the BS in the world and know what's wrong, and many even have great new ideas if what to do about it. I have seen through the smokes and mirrors most of my life, but mostly after 9-11, is when I really started paying attention. 🙄My point is, I think the elder generations that are quick to dismiss the youth as entitled (understandably because that's the world they were born into) or young, dumb and not experienced, or living in a fantasy because the world just doesn't work that way, are way underestimating what our youth is, and for sure will he capable of. Understanding, learning, and applying for the general betterment of all peoples, regardless of country, race, orientation, systems in place or anything ridiculously wrong, way outdated and unevolved. We still need to guide the youth in things they don't know. But as for "getting it" kids usually are hardwired to, or at leastits pretty clear what's right and wrong. It's the years of social conditioning in all forms that builds up a stubborn cloudy view.

So yes, I have faith in our youth, but they need to hear it more, instead of usual negative labels. 1️⃣🌎1️⃣❤✌
