I don't see it that way. Kenny actually looks at the game from a coaches perspective. AD isn't the reason why the Lakers are .500. They don't play defense at all, and they all haven't played together alot. Kenny would be a way better coach than Chuck or Shaq.

In fairness, the Lakers have more issues than just AD. Also, AD was never a superstar in this league. Everyone always believed he had that kind of potential but he never actually reached it. Very few players are superstars like Giannis, KD, or Steph.

I believe that was the original plan. As Lebron got older, he'd fade back a bit and AD would be the next lead star of the Lakers. Then Lebron would get more rings.
