I am not a man, but many people (men & women) prefer seeing people on camera who represent themselves, their families, and their peers. In many high-income countries such as the United States, it's estimated that over 60% of adults are overweight or obese. Not everyone is on top of their fitness game. Not everyone desires to constantly see rail-thin models and actresses or guys with tight abs on camera. Some people want to see average-looking people who remind them of themselves, their families, and their peers. Many people are focused on keeping a roof over their heads, food on the table, and occasional entertainment & vacations. Dealing with stress often consists of an overconsumption of food and/or wine & spirits! Health is a priority, but top fitness is not a part of their reality. Lily represents a very real percentage of Western society and culture. Unrealistic standards for body types are being reframed.

Well, I did enjoy seeing her on camera 'cause, and I know I'm reaching here but, she is an actor and a talented one at that. Her job description isn't to conform to some subjective standard of "beauty", her job is to do justice to the roles she's been asked to play, which she has done more than effectively in her touching performance in KOFTM. So yes, I do believe she's enjoyable to watch on screen cause she's competent at her craft and competence is always respected.
