The U.S. soldiers attacked the Indian villages a lot. They used big wooden walls to get cover behind them, they climbed over the walls to the enemies to kill them, and they shot through them. To retreat to safety, Indians swam, or rode across the river in a boat. But Jackson had his soldiers hiding in the woods, Jackson and his soldiers killed Indians trying to flee. So that's basically what I remember about the war.
