All these blessings belong to you and every one of you! My goodness, it's tiring to memorize the dish names..... In this video, Ms. Li made various dishes to celebrate Chinese New Year. All those blessings she mentioned above are also the names of each dish she made. 1. Cold dish: Pig skin jelly. She made it look like a pig's face. 2. Roasted chicken stuffed with sticky rice, chestnuts, meat and wrapped with lotus leaf. 3. Flower shape buns with pork fillings. 4. Steamed red pockets. She used dragon fruit (pitaya) as food coloring. 5. Snack: Deep fried shredded potatoes with salt and pepper and melon seeds. 6. Fried lotus roots stuffed with meat and veges. 7. Cold dish: Cold fish with sauce + fish soup. 8. Dessert: Purple yam and taro root heart shape pudding cake. 9. Vegetarian dish: Saute lettuce with pine nuts. 10. Assorted cured meat plater. After Ms. Li finished making all the dishes she packed some of the foods and brought them to a relative/neighbor who lives alone. When it's time to eat, Ms. Li put the camera on the tripod so her assistant and camera man can sit down and enjoy the reunion dinner with her and her grandma. Ms. Li's assistant, Min Guo got drunk and pass out. 😂😂 Note: This video is by far the most difficult to translate. I did my best. Let me know if there's anything that needs to be corrected. 😊
