I love, love and love this channel and this sweet girl but I hate the fact how everyone is just praising she is living in heaven. Its not heaven, she made it heaven for herself. This is so much hard work. Everything thing she picks up from her garden, every grain she collects, every flower she plucks and everything she plants according to season needs a hell of work. And she even documents every work which is way more lethargic. I think she is working so hard for everything though it is paying her well too but not everyone is praising her for the hard work she puts in which is unfair. Nothing comes naturally. Even the nature needs order. Nature is everywhere with all its pros and cons but she is working hard to keep it in its best .. please don't overlook her tons and tons of hard work..

The amount of peace I get from watching this is beyond words. I can't explain. Life's hard, so many things are pinning me down and when things get really bad I come running here for some relief. ❤️

The lump in my throat takes me when I saw those cherries. I feel peaceful and grateful most of the time when I watch Ziqi's videos as if I were with my grandma again when I was a little girl. I was born in Sichuan and raised by my grandma (waipo) until 6 years old ( my parents wanted a boy and intended to give me away. My grandma insisted to keep me but she had to hide my identity). Those scenes in Ziqi's videos are so familiar to me. I'd always visit my grandma in the countryside during school holidays. My mother pushed me to study hard and kept reminding me that I'm unwanted, I am a burden and useless if I could not be admitted to a top university. I made it but I felt so scared and helpless when I lived with my parents. I'd usually be in school at my parents' place when the cherry ripened. So, my grandma would make cherry jam and keep them exclusively for me until I visited her... My grandma was the only person who loves me unconditionally. She passed away while I was a master student. How I wish I could have her around so I could take care of her properly... 子欲养而亲不在Miss u so much Grandma. Just to clarify that I may hold grudges over my parents unconsciously but it's not completely their fault. Please Don't judge them. There're social, economic, and political reasons behind their attitudes. I'm trying to let it go completely. I grew up on a hobby farm, similar to hers except way less awesome, and one of my main hobbies was finding snakes and handling them if they didn't mind it too much. And bringing them back to where I found them. Canadian snakes mind you, no danger except rattlesnakes. My dad had a vineyard, and we would save snakes that got caught in the netting :(. Along with other hobby stuff like organic bee farm in our forest. I would always try to save drowning bee's in our pool.
