I suffered from extreme generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks for 40 years. Through medication and believing myself i have overcome it. I am now working on my body, getting into great shape, znd am doing very well at my job. It took such s struggle to get this far but im always working to improve.

I'm gonna be 65 years old and have suffered 11 major car crashes. That's right. I've been hit 11 times by speeding cars. Most of them, 65 miles an hour hits. I've had 14 surgeries period of course. I'm alone cause most people don't want to be around the suffering. And that's right. I suffer in horrendous pain every day of my life. And I hear that in my head get up. Just get up and keep moving keep Breathing period Only God did this. I broke 8 bones in the last accident. People died in this accident. People in comas from this accident I lost my. Only friends So I gotta next round of life. I wish you all the best people have been through mine and much worse

I am an orphan I don't have my mother and my father,I completed my AS level last year and I managed to score good symbols but I didn't not go to varsity this year cos no one want to listen to me whenever I am trying to call them they don't pick up my calls,I might end up sometimes thinking that I am meaningless to them and I end up giving up,but since ever I started watching this motivational videos I inspired myself to stand up on my own and pray that one day I will find a good opportunity to go and continue with my study,I don't care with other kids of my ages because I know there's a reason why God made me wait ,I truely believe in God that this situation I am in now will never last forever

Thank you . I need this right now ! All think about yelling in using this pain in the gym . I know must rest right now body so sore but no excuse I did hit ran the day before but I will get adult crap done today and face the world . Then tmw back to the gym . Only up from here there with be obstacles of bumps, but I just wanna go and keep grinding to the end, giving up and ending my life anymore. Someone told me that selfish.. I need to get up grind every day. Try to love myself learn to journal again get up stretch run hit the gym make that money. I need right now with all these bills and just learning how to figure it all out I’m still young I don’t know what I’m doing after the time I don’t know what I want sometimes but I know I don’t wanna stay in this place I am I wanna move into bigger better things have a good job and help my community. Right now I’m back to isolating, but I’m gonna be alone just getting back to it after having someone for three months. I had to make a decision and let that person be free because we can’t hold each other back with the move on and grind alone for now . One day hopefully god bring that someone into my life but I have learn to love myself and stop blaming others I am my own person and need to stop childish shiz . Thank you god and universe for life lesson you taught me and helping me push through everyday . I need and I am responsible for myself emotions and financially I need to get them my head it’s time to step up fr and change.
