Your large stock tank would take over 5 hours to reach 104F. If the stock tank is uninsulated and the ambient temperature is too cold you may not reach hot tub temperatures. You could use two coils simultaneously to achieve a faster heating time

No pump needed. The heat from the fire causes the water in the coil to rise so it circulates naturally without a pump. This phenomenon is called thermosyphon.
