Okay, but who gets to choose whether one is terrorism or not. If the actions are done by individuals or small groups it’s considered terrorism but when the acts are done by governments they’re justified militarily actions. All governments participate in terrorism including the US just go read about Operation Condor. But we don’t hold any of those individuals accountable for either starting armed conflicts or being funding. So what rights or obligations do we have to judge what others are doing when we fail to hold our own government accountable?
