What I love most about this series: you can tell when Jerry's having a conversation and enjoying it, and when it's a contractually obligated interview. People's personalities just jump out in this series.

Those people definitely get more from life, but their lives are often a mess. Just look at the beautiful people in Hollywood. It seems like they're constantly getting divorced.

The magic key is, can you (?) watch it happening over and over while inside feeling every note of denial, disbelief, disgust, frustration, outrage, amusement, boredom, "this-isnt-really-happening-I-have-to-be-imagining-it", hilarity, back to disgust again, etc etc etc.... If you can do that, and deeply listen to all those notes playing inside you, then you'll be REALLY be jamming with reality. Eventually you reach a completely natural, stone cold, total freedom from trigger. Amy looks like she's been bottling up so much trigger, it's like centipede legs wiggling up and down her nervous system. I wish her the very best. I wish her to be able to look back on this interview from the vantage of having climbed that natural stone cold total freedom summit.

I can’t believe I just spent twenty minutes watching a guy who made a living having fun and is now making videos of himself driving funny and beautiful women around in an expensive car to have coffee in the middle of the day. Thanks Jerry.
