The presence and toaa is two different beings after watching this video. The presence is just God of the DC multiverse while toaa is just the writers avatar. Toaa literally writes marvel stories. If anything I would say the overvoid and toaa are the same thing

First time I saw the hand of creation it was in the justice league unlimited episode where Batman and GL chase Chronos to the beginning of time. It is all shown in the GL animated series where Aya tried to recreate reality.

Mother Night and Father Time are both of them boundless and independant to The Presence. Father Time incarnates the possibility of everything and encompass every moment there is, he is not limited to the know stages of time that are past, present and future, since in his realm things like cause and effect are disconnected completely, but If happens something he is there. He is every event there is in everywhere, is stated that he also allows every creation there is to be possible, like the creation of The Presence and others that are outside of his reach, like the creation of Slik Man that was never made and existed before The Presence, or the creation of Lucifer that he made when he escaped from the plan of his father. His reach even encompass The Void, as is shown in Overture when Desire notices him when he travelled with Dream outside of creation, he states that Time was watching all of them from the "moments" in The Void and later he manifested himself in it when Dream returned the saeculum to him. The Endless are also mentioned according to Dream to be in The Void before the creations were a thing, so the first stage of Father Time was The Void (in Books of Magic the author also described The Void as Time before there was change), since The Void is an emptiess pf nothing (Father Time is not not quantifiable or meassurable, he is possibility) but where things can happen there and things can be created or destroyed since Father Time is present; Dream also stated that nothing can be offered to his father since he already has everything that it was, can be our could be since all of the things happens inside him. Mother Night is the absence of everything, she is an allegory of the non-existence, as is stated she is not a place and is her within non-space and non-time, nothing can happen there, there is no light, no though, not life, not concept of power or anything like it, not a presence, not events or possibilites at all, is also almost of impossible to reunite with Night since she was never part of the beginning of all things because she is herself by being nothing, the concept of "before" was not a thing and there was not yet the first thing or being and only would also be after the last thing stop existing. Only The Endless can visit her personification by coming back to their own origins since The Endless came to be as existencial conditions at the start of everything (When Dream tried to reunite with her he was literally being disolved in a frame of comic by the solitude since he was the only thing existing), and as Overture shows, if everything ends, her being that embodies everything that cannot be and would not be (paradoxical but true) is even going to claim The Void, since nothing more can happen. The only reason of why she is even a character is thanks of her being self-aware of her substance (lack of everything) thanks of all the things that The Endless incarnates that allows her to be a being, otherwise none would notice her since her true being cannot be shown, is nothing, Neil Gaiman made sure of that and avoid making some failure concept of nothingless like we have in other verses, If you remove the white page, she is that, or would be more accurately to say that she is not, that absolute isn't beyond the end where there are no mores afters.

Not really, DC itself has already confirmed that these other multiverses in the omniverse belong to the Source, which is another aspect of the Presence, the old man we see is just a manifestation of the Source/Presence/God, as well as other entities like the Great Darkness, they are all just aspects of the same being, the overvoid itself is just one aspect of the Presence according to some DC writers.

No Source is an aspect of presence In dark crisis its revealed that great darkness predates everything and the light ie presence made overvoid which made great darkness scream and it withdrew from there . The presence made an aspect of itself ie source to make the greater omniverse who created hands and perpetua was one of them . She didn't created the main multiverse as source wanted so she was locked inside source wall and presence then created archangels to do the work . Source is an aspect of presence.
