If you have ducks and crawfish, I can show you how to make a great etouffee. It tastes like no other. I would be glad to give you some new ideas. I have cooked on my back porch in the woods for the last 4yrs. I have a pit boss platinum and a 4ft pit boss griddle.

Man those Pitboss pellet grills are awesome. I throw a ribeye on while I smoke my wife’s salmon and get the steak up to 110 and then open that seat plate and they have been some of the best steaks I’ve ever ate and we’ve had beef my whole life.
