When someone says something untrue about you that damages your reputation OR devalues your character, you can surely sue them for damages as long as you have proof of them saying the damaging statements. That's why virtually all of the time you don't hear anything from the persons they are accusing but all the mouth is coming from the accuser. They bait and bait the person trying to get them into court, just like she is doing. And this is why a lot of celebs do NOT entertain these things. Ignore it and don't read/listen to all forms of media. However some of their people do and they get it back to them. In this case this person brought it TO Common, not the other way around like so many others try to make it seem.

Respectable, non-malicious. Could it be a a back-handed one? Maybe, maybe not, however its a safe comment. Still good.
