Cooper and his flops have brought me joy for 10 years now. I love watching video from time to time.

Around 7-8 years ago I saw this video, and I fell in love with that goofy little dog. Never heard of that breed. Now I have a corgi myself and I love him beyond words ♥️

Very smart to put a life jacket on Cooper :) Corgis are not the most adept at swimming, obviously. Such a cute video, glad you all had so much fun! My old girl was a Brittany spaniel/golden retriever mix, and she HATED water. I always figured that came from having being dumped in a reservoir when she was a puppy, poor baby :( But she had a good long life with as part of my family, and I'm confident in saying she was happy :) I wish Cooper many more happy, healthy years.

If you were to make a car analogy this would be like having a big block Chevy with 400+ hp and using wheelbarrow tires for traction. Lots of torque in those little legs not much traction on that surface. That was a bunch of corgi burn outs. Love em. Good dog

I'm sure Cooper is in heaven now 😢, but what a wonderful video to remember such a special animal. ❤ Our corgi passed the other year at age 12, though we do have a new corgi and she is quite the diva! Corgis are hilarious little creatures. They can be little shits sometimes, but they are good dogs!

Heyyy, we all should be adoring this brave Corgi's effort!!!! Hope wherever he is now, he is in peace :) He seems to have brought lot of joy to his folks.

Fascinating how encouragement from others affected the dog. It more readily jumped when it saw the labrador show an example that it's safe first. Later on, it was first hesitant to jump by itself, but with the human's urging, it managed to muster the courage to jump.

I'm glad to see the corgi not drowning because of his/her little legs

No, what I disliked tonight was a man in a wheelchair stuck in rocks for almost an hour in the cold while able-bodied people got in their cars and refused to help him. I've been in a terrible mood since then, but now, after seeing this I am smiling!
