Great work, looks awesome 🎉❤❤😊 It's really hard to understand how a beautiful home and garden/yard ever gets to the point this one has twice now we know of!🤔🤨 How does a homeowner or tenant let the yard get this insanely overgrown?? How can they live like this or show thier face in the neighborhood, how you leave the house or come home to this and do nothing? How does a landlord allow his property his investment to get this bad? The people have expensive cars looks like and this rent for this house has to be large so it's unbelievable the renter's or landlord can't pay someone to keep this beautiful property looking good. 😞😳🤔 I will never understand this the foolishness of people. Thanks so much for your service and hard work in helping people and these homes ❤🎉😊 Beautiful job ❤❤❤❤

The transformation is great. The bushes and hedging is a work of Art. I know they are proud to have you back to help them out. This is too much for a homeowner to keep up. The house is not that large, but the yard is major. I'll bet the neighborhood is proud to set the classic work towards transforming that yard as well as the community. That's a huge property with lots of compilated bushes, hedges & trees. I hope they've either taken notes of the tools you used or are in a position to hire routine gardening. I'm not sure it's something the usual homeowner could keep up by him/herself. Brilliant work - it looks terrific!

Hello from Texas, you guys did a BEAUTIFUL JOB. I hope Y'all got paid for this job that was ALLOT of work for the 3 of you. No offense doing the free jobs out of the kindness of your heart is WONDERFUL. But unless there is special reasons the home owner should be able to do it after you guys did the AMAZING job last time. Or require the renters to maintain the yard themselves or hire someone to do it & have that in writing in the lease agreement.

It's better for the tree trunks are clean from the height of a human to look good and nice and it's prone to accident esp for the kiddos.

The homeowner is getting rent or the renters are Free loaders. Even if the owner had the lawn service every two months. His Chapo.

As a tenant I truly don’t think that they should be responsible to have that much responsibility to carry on. The Landlord/Homeowner should have someone to maintain HIS/HER property such as mowing and cutting all shrubs etc….. understand me, it’s too much for one person let alone the entire property. Guys you did a marvelous work and you all worked together hard as a team 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💙💙💙
