Thank you for sharing these! While some I have seen before and a few I actually learned from my Grandfather who passed before I ever had a computer, I think it is great that what I would call “His Ideas” LOL, are on the internet for ALL to see and share and learn. He said that if you learn even ONE thing a day, your life is always growing and expanding and that it is your duty to share what you know with others. I appreciate you taking the time to put these together for ALL to see. It takes a lot of time and work as well as how kind and thoughtful it is for you to do it out of your heart. 🙏🏻

Great helpful video. Call me old school but I like to fix things first before I throw it away and buy a new one or repurpose/recycle an item. This video shows many good tips for that. Thanks for sharing.

for fixing a torn out screw hole it's easier to just glue some matchsticks in there without drilling out the original hole.

several interesting tips, but also some dumb ones like the fan, excepted if you have a dead one at home, it is far cheaper to buy a new rake to your nearby retail shop, i'm even pretty sure that some place could buy you broken fan for higher price than the average rake. Or for corners painting, you don't have to shave the brush, the smart thing to do is to turn the brush horizontally and use the thin part

Very interesting. I was thinking, when you were showing the pencil glued to the tape measure--What happens when the pencil needs to be sharpened? Maybe gluing a mechanical pencil would be better, then you could advance the lead as needed. What was used to sharpen the knife?

I like that idea, using scissors to cut tape. I never would have thought of that. Pure genius!

I LOVE the one using cigarette filters. Now maybe people will stick the things in their pocket in a plastic bag to carry them home instead of throwing them on the ground. They are the hardest thing to deteriorate when thrown out. Let's think of other ways to use them and then pick them up. They look awful on the ground. And Yes, I smoke from time to time. I put mine in an empty tic tac box and throw them in the trash. That way they don't stink in my pocket or purse.
