The ragdoll comparison isn't that clear. Yes, at times, CS2 is goofier, but it can also have more realistic ragdolls. As an example, try falling off vertigo and see how the corpse reacts to gravity. This is mostly due to how the physics are configured, and CS2 devs probably didn't mother making them too realistic (it can be done and improved, as evidenced by the 1.0 version of Half-Life 2's ragdolls back in 2004, which were amazing, but got nerfed a lot in future Source 1 engine updates and revisions). I'm saying this as a person that loves realistic physics and game interactions. I'm sure if Valve set out to make ragdolls as good as possible, they'd be able to achieve Euphoria levels of realism, as they have very talented developers and a relatively modern Engine to make full use of (finally).

They should add vehicles to source2 they had them in half life, remake anger zone with nerfed bump mines or remove them, and add buggies. The gamemode would be so fun. Sirroco and blacksite would look so good in source 2 as well.

It’s kind of hard to compare when they’re both different artstyles, but I think this is about as close as you can get. Something that sticks out to me like a sore thumb is the water. It’s super realistic looking next to stylized looking geometry, especially on the older maps. I imagine this is just because of how the model details of older maps look a bit uncanny when they have higher resolution textures on them. Certainly impressive work, though I think the artstyle isn’t to my liking compared to CSGO. It’s almost like Black Ops 3, they made something that looks more like the polar express and it’s a bit distracting compared to its predecessor, but not bad. Frankly I’m not opposed to the surreal dream look of CS2, but I liked the world and art direction in CSGO more in spite of its technical flaws and lower fidelity graphics. The tutorial was a great example of what I mean. They made a course and had an actual drill instructor in world, whereas CS2 just has some bland bot match. Something like MW19 with more muted colors and higher fidelity graphics would have fit in with CSGO much better. It’s a shame, because there aren’t enough cops and robbers games out there, and it’s tough losing one like this.

It seems to me that the effect when the current from Zeus passes through the character’s body is better implemented in csgo.

Technically, Molotov can burn on water (since it's a mix of petrol and synthetic oil, which is lighter than water), but the water alone cannot break the bottle, thus igniting the liquid inside :)

cs2's "underwater" stuff hasnt been made yet, since theres no half life 2 on the source 2 engine (which isnt for VR). oh and to add for the physics to the guns, they probably removed the physics with the environment just so the game wasnt too hard to play since of lag with youe computer
