I reckon the steel block in card pack is actually two half size steel blocks that have alignment pins between them. When the knife is removed the steel blocks snap together with no discernible join as the have been machined when aligned.

Ok, this is fun and some of your tricks are tight. But seriously, I noticed there are some cuts/edits on the marker and lighter deformation. If there is a switch I'd love to see how you pull it off. Or are they just gimmicked to hell and back? I cant figure that one out but I have to imagine switch because of the cuts/edits. I REALLY want to learn that one. That would kill some people at my office. (Card to mouth nearly blows their minds)
