​@Manuel Castanon Just off the top of my head: Johnny Logan, Alexander Rybak, Lena, Dana International, Dima Bilan, Charlotte Nilsson/Perelli, Carola, Serhat, Valentina Monetti, Poli Genova, Elitsa Todorova, Sakis Rouvas and Donny Montell have all participated two or more times. I'm sure there are more, and that is not even getting into those who have failed to qualify after participating once. I'm not as familiar with non-qualified entries but Loreen comes to mind. So really the only thing stopping artists from participating more than once is having two good enough songs.
