Some things you just wouldn’t expect to see in a small town like Troutman, North Carolina, where the population is only around 2,700. This includes rapper Da Baby and his mega-mansion - a $2.3 million home with two-story guard towers and concrete walls. Oh, and even stadium lighting in his backyard. Since Da Baby purchased the home and moved in he’s created a stir in the country town that residents weren’t used to. His compound is on a quiet, two-lane street and has definitely attracted attention from the neighbors. I’ll tell you why in this video, and we’re gonna take a look at the gorgeous mansion Da Baby calls home. We even found the listing!

Smart man! Didn’t sell out, stayed near home…this house would’ve been 6 to 7 times more expensive in Cali and he never would’ve gotten that much land. Place looks great 👍

Live about 20 mins from Troutman, dudes music is garbage but can't say I blame him for waiting to purchase a house with good bit of privacy. That house has doubled by now being (2022) and well continue to do so as Troutman because a suburb of Charlotte.

If you was a home owner , you would whenever you buy a house it’s public info so you can google his name and get his address or grab it from government tax site. So if somebody really wanted to find his address , it’s easy af

Every thing they report is public info. The listings are public information. If he wanted to be exclusive and private he should’ve had that house custom built so know one would know anything. Then list under an LLC so know one would know that it his house. At least that’s how I would do it if I ever get that rich.

This is very smart and yet private young man. Troutman is a sleepy one horse town. So this investment was and is a good one for him. One of the top Carolina Panther players also lives in neighboring neighborhood. These guys loves their privacy and I don't blame them. One thing I want to point out however is most of the complaints was due to him being a African American moving into a Caucasian neighborhood. Had it been a Caucasian business person or the like with the same property upgrade plans as Dababy, there wouldn't have been any kick back. Sad, but truthful. However at the end of the day, he still upgraded his property. Which is his business. We as African Americans, have the same color of money as everyone else. (GREEN). But it's sad that we're judged by the color of our skin not our accomplishments or talents. I wish him much success and prosperity.....
