Thank you so much for the support and I'm really glad that this video could reach all of these people around the world.
Phobia : an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion to something.
This is a list of phobias from least to most common .
almost all of us have a kind of phobia , you surely can find here at least three phobias that you have , this video aims to educate people about the most common phobias and to help them to identify their phobias in order to over come their fears . Also, knowing all of these different phobias can make us understand one another fears and never underestimate them .
Stay strong , stay positive and educate yourself about your own fear. And let's remember that we all have something that we fear of , so we should never hesitate to ask for help .

I just found out I have Glossophobia Because, one time in school I had to stand up and talk in front of the WHOLE class and I was sweating, shaking , and very anxious , but then it ended up my science teacher just saying what I had on my work instead of me reading it. Idk but at the time I felt like everyone was staring at me and it was just a bad time-

As someone who has Koumpounophobia (fear of buttons) I can say anyone can get over their phobia if you need to or really put your mind to it. To get jobs and attend school and everything I was forced to wear something that literally made me sick and stressed out and over years you end up getting used to it and are able to put up with it. I still find buttons quite disgusting and won’t wear them if I don’t have to but it shows any phobia can be conquered as long as you get exposed to it as much as possible.

My fears(they’re get bad sometimes): 1. Thanatophobia (fear of death) 2. Claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces) 3. Glossophobia (fear of public speaking) 4. Agliophobia (fear of pain) All of these are things I’m progressively working on trying to get rid of. Its quite bad really😐

I have 8 of these phobias for sure but probably have more. Oceans, depths, ants, needles being completely alone, public speaking, change, and choking. I am so glad others have a fear of ants! Everyone I ever tell that phobia to always asks how I could be afraid of ants but they'd never been attacked by tiny fire ants as a child, it left me traumatized of any tiny ants. People also ask if I'm afraid of animals in the ocean but no I'm more scared of being drug out by a wave and drowned than by being attacked by a shark.

Sigh... Introvert is not the fear of talking to people. It’s just that you are selective with who you are talking too because you will run out of energy at a certain point. And extrovert is not that you are comfortable talking in front of a lot of people is just that you gain energy by being in group and with your friend. You can be shy, have a lot of anxiety and be social awkward but still be extrovert 😛

I have always had a fear of deep dark waters. Like when you look under the water in a lake or the ocean and just see the blackness below. I'm not sure if that is Bathophobia #87 or #22 Aquaphobia? Or maybe it's a little of both! I have no problem in a swimming pool where I can walk around on the bottom. It's only when it looks black and bottomless down under the water. For the first time ever I am going snorkeling in the ocean in a month. I would call it tacking my fears head on. I hope I can get through this....

Only some things trigger my Acrophobia and as long as the spider is not venomous, is small, and outside I'm not scared of it. Tranchlas (sorry if spelled wrong) are an exception because they are harmless.
