All while the Clinton’s created the largest tax shelter of our time called the Clinton Foundation. Its purpose is not for charity to help people but to be the biggest donor to the Clinton Campaign. She shielded all that income from taxes to basically pay herself. And she calls out Trump using the system to protect himself from taxes.

Not quite. He never said he doesn't pay any taxes at all. He did say he has paid millions in taxes and that he uses the same write-offs as the democrat donors. The problem with democrats is that if you're not one the democrat donors, no amount of taxes paid will ever be enough for them. You could surrender 100% of your earnings to the government and the democrats will still complain that your not paying your fair share.

I'm paraphrasing a bit but he said that politicians try to keep us separated so that both sides can skip off to the banks. Neither party is for the people. Not primarily. Their primary goal is to attain or keep power. They might try and phrase it so that it seems that they need that power so that they can help people but those are just words. The people they are interested in helping are themselves and the groups that invest in them. That's it.

The average layman will be taxed twice on his income, once for receiving the money, and again for spending it. The system also tries to tax those who are richer, with higher income brackets being more heavily taxed. However, with the ultra-rich like politicians, business CEOs, and celebrities, they have easily found loopholes and exceptions to this rule. Ultimately, this means that the group of people who possess the greatest amount of wealth, pay the least amount of taxes, because rich politicians get to determine how the tax code works.

The biggest one i see is that poor people get a massive tax break, as you don’t pay any taxes until what, 30k per person? I think that's his real power, he is entertaining. When he left office I immediately stopped following American politics as often as I did. I tried, but it wasn't as engaging. In one speech he gives news cycles material for weeks.

@ccgod exactly, I kept telling people that when he had his first campaign...They kept saying, "Why would we want a man running the country that keeps bankrupting his businesses?" I told them he did that on purpose to avoid taxes, he's gaming the system. Similar to Ginsu/Miracle Blade. The knives work great and have a "lifetime" warranty, but the company has filed bankruptcy, possibly to avoid taxes and other fees, but definitely to avoid having to honor the lifetime warranties. Then they open a new company under a different name and sell the same product, but updated.
