What I love about romantic films is that they deceive me into believing, just for a sweet little while, that i can be normal that I can be like everyone else

The before trilogy made me believe that somehow, somewhere, someone in this world will come and change my not so relevant life.

I'm not even a romance movie fan, but the Before trilogy just clicked with me. They're the only ones I can watch without cringing or rolling my eyes every 10 minutes.

I made a beautiful and strong connection with someone because of this movie. He once said to me we have similarities to these two characters. I laughed at it first but what he said was right. Sadly it wasn’t just similarities to the characters but also to the storyline. We live thousand miles away and it gets harder everyday. He’s still around though but I miss him every single day. It’s like he’s starting to fading away. I often wish for us to never met because you’re the best thing that ever happened to me, Tyronn James Harrison. And I hate how It’s have to be this way. This reminds me so bad of my ex gf that I broke up with back in 2018.. Never had someone that felt so real other than her... she felt so present and had my back.. felt as though a home to me.. We used to go on tramways listening to the same song sharing earphones and taking turns stealing glances at eachother while people are bustling around us on their seats n standing near the doors.. We both loved Damien Rice and we both loved this movie along with Before Sunset & Before Midnight... It was one of the relationships or experiences that I know for sure that I may never experience again with someone else.. Such a waste that we broke up because of silly things such as beliefs n personal thoughts... I managed to ignore our differences cuz it's okey to be different n there's no point of being alike n all but it turned out that it was hard for her to swallow that... Now we're back talking but as friends, we loved eachother once and that love can never be turned into hatred ofc... My message to anyone that's reading this: If she or he stands by your side no matter what, you should never let them go... and don't never let anything get between you too cuz it's about how strong both of you are to continue the journey... cheers!
