@@KNine36 technically, people are filled with adrenaline and wouldnt tell of a break for a little time afterwards. Complete severing of the arms i can see. It's also good for vehicles that the person has been killed or ejected from as it give direct location and notification. Usually, majority if people would have already dialed 911. Of course, there are times where noone does or even witnesses the accident as its say off a cliff, vacant road at night ect. That's where it's handy.

Yeah I guess it's like, He probably knows all the steps he's going to have to deal with. Because he's not injured it's just going to involve a ton of insurance and towing and repairs and stuff like that. I have seen people on the opposite side of the road wreck, and/or swerve around obstacles more times than I can count. Scanning oncoming traffic isn't much different than watching for animals that may run across the road.(deer, dogs, etc.)

It’s very hard to communicate with others since using radio is only for important traffic only. It’s either using the phone to contact your team your patrolling with, or using a computer if your agency has that system setup. Either way using your phone is less worse then using a computer like cops use everyday. It’s just a necessity for the job. Unfortunate
