He was the personal attorney for Trump. And he was never charged by Alvin Bragg about these alleged “falsifications”. So Trump had nothing to do with these invoices. And ironically Cohen wasn’t charged about it. Trump also had nothing to do with how the transactions that were recorded on a personal ledger. (12 counts). Employees inside the company recorded the transactions as “legal services” based on what Cohen gave them. And now we are left with 9 checks out of 11 checks which Trump only signed to pay Michael Cohen who was his personal attorney. We don’t have any crimes committed by Trump here. This is a nonsensical case. What a ridiculous case by Alvin Bragg!

There was no Trump crime to get him on, so Cohen was faced with going to prison for his own crimes, or make up something about Trump. Cohen then agreed to claim Trump instructed him to violate federal campaign finance laws by paying Stormy, but what Cohen and the prosecutors didn't know was that those payments to Stormy WERE NOT ILLEGAL. That shows the lengths of fraud these prosecutors are willing to go to just to get Trump.
