It's not up to ETH tbh - we have been so so poor at moving on players ever since SAF left. The club (especially Glazers) don't want to clear out players, especially ones with commercial/marketing value, loads of social media followers and a British passport.. and even if they did they don't afford to do it because of the ridiculous wages we pay such players. Arsenal's ownership and board's vision were in line with Arteta's and allowed him to get rid of the so called "big name players"

Brighton have sold almost their entire 1st team over the past few years and have been decimated by injuries this season and they've played in Europe. Not forgetting they thrashed us 1-3 at OT. De Zerbi absolutely schooled ETH that day. It just goes to show how good De Zerbi is to say he's had a bad season.

Any manager coming from a club like Brighton to the absolute shambles that is man united concerns me. You go from a team put together to suit a particular style of football and players who have been extremely well researched and scouted to an absolute joke of a squad with terrible attitude made up by 5 different managers with very different styles and an utterly garbage recruitment record. He’s a good manager but respectfully No. I would consider the guy who beat De Zerbi in the Europa League, Matias Almeyda. He’s a highly underrated manager. He’s a more offensive manager with similar characteristics to Diego Simeone. Another manager I respect is Gian Piero Gasperini. He’s an influential manager in Italy and can help United revolutionize our style of playing football.

Point is ETH never had a proper left back this season. There was Reguilon but he had bad defense. We know with proper player who can build up the play from the back, ETH has ability to show us the good football just like last season. We had to upgrade the squad comparing to last season instead we just lost all the major players. Plan A never operated this season from injuries. Come on lads ETH, this manager got all the datas from loosing and winning this season and we sack the manager? And go the exact same procedure like this again? There is no excellent manger now available replacing the manager with similar abilities aint going to be a solution.
