That's every team's predicament with unlimited transfers available in the transfer portal. Coach Prime is just ahead of the curve. You can't make a kid desire to be developed. If kids don't want to wait for development they can jump ship easily these days. Not the coaches fault.

@@TChalla007 What talent? They've got Seaton but no depth. The depth walked out the door last year and this year in the portal. Good teams are made up of solid lines with depth. He doesn't recruit from high school. So he still has no foundation. Shortcuts don't work in the real world. Hype and playing for clicks doesn't either. He'll be out of Colorado at the end of the season.

The were a touchdown away in their loses. This was in a competitive Pac12 with good QBS. The Big12 will be a lateral or lower move. I don't think The previous OC wasn't a fit with a fast offense, weak O line and new team. Pat is a better OC with a better O line. As far as Talent. I played D1 basketball. I had raw talent but had to develop it. The guys came in the next year even more skilled did nothing with it. Deion is NOT doing that CO, he's not recruiting, as a matter of fact he doesn't even go out and recruit, he let's the players find him 😂😂😂that's why CO will never win anything, his approached worked at JSU its not going to work at the Power 5 level, plus CO doesn't have the money to keep up, Deion is more concerned about Marketing himself and his kids. Deion is about himself and his agenda, after his kids leave Colorado he is outta there. I like Deion but he's not a good coach and what process are you referring to? What's is Deion doing that is so spectacular that any other coach isn't doing? The only thing that I see is that he broadcast everything

“ The talent is there” is to much of an excuse for lack of character behavior. I never hear the opposite “ The kid has great character But he can’t play.” Only kids and adults who are “talented “ get passes.

they would have won 6 to 7 games if the refs weren't taking away TDs and kicking out Shilo and not kicking out Blackburn, and then the big one, calling alot of too many on the field calls by allowing the opponents to substitute by standing over the ball and not standing over the ball when we were on defense.

Adam Hopkins and JMJ are losses. Not starters but definitely pieces for the future. Sucks losing them.

They all get issued Apple tablets for game and practice film, along with questions about coverage, and he collects it weekly so he can see what's being done and what isn't.
