For cooking you need:
Form 24 by 24 cm.
Products at room temperature.
🍰 Dough:
400 g of flour
200 g of butter
1 egg
100 g of sugar
1 packet of baking powder
1 bag of vanilla sugar
🍰 Cheese filling:
600 g of sour milk cheese
120 g of sugar
60 g of butter
30 g of starch
4 eggs
lemon essence
🍰 Poppy filling:
250 g of poppy seeds
100 g of sugar
50 g of butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1-2 drops of almond essence
!! When steaming poppy seeds, it is necessary that all the moisture evaporates, the poppy seeds should be crumbly. For 250 g of poppy, 400 ml of water.
🌡⌛ Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
