The State -- law enforcement and prosecution -- has been mishandling this case from the get-go. Or sabotaging it. Only one thing that I can think of would make Allen's attorneys quit so suddenly, especially as one of them, hours earlier, had a lawyer of his own to explain why he SHOULDN'T be removed. The leak of documents was big, and it was entirely the defense's fault. Two parties were in a position to file a complaint with the bar association about it. This would make it a conflict of interest for them to continue representing Richard Allen. Judge Gull was one of those parties. The prosecution was the other. Nice move, Nick. We see you.

IMO - I also think was unwise for an attorney to leave sensitive material out where someone could get them.

If they went on his computer and took photos of these pictures on his laptop, the person needs to be prosecuted. The judge should’ve sucked it up and allowed the attys to stay on the case. Seems like an inside job on the part of someone again violating his rights.

If someone is determined to leak photos they will make it happen. The attorneys can protect discovery but only so much. They should be able to trust their paralegals and staff. It’s ok when the state leaks information but not the defense? That happens all the time. Look at our Government for heavens sake. This leaker is a whistleblower in my opinion. Prosecutors never do this because it undermines discovery and they're idiots if they think anyone other than defense is responsible for this. Shocker: Three months later someone working for the defense team is arrested and charged for the leak. Act of desperation after act of desperation. Discovery may have shown the defense that they have more evidence that what was previously thought. These stupid True Crime podcasters are the worst thing to happen to justice for these two girls. The guards have admitted to wearing the Odinite patches, which in itself is indicative of an unprofessional and creepy prison environment, even if it doesn't go as far as the murders being a ritual sacrifice. This person didn’t just have photos that he took while people weren’t looking. He had travel schedules and meetings set up and that’s why they removed themselves this morning because the prosecution brought witnesses that was going to prove their memo of being screwed over by a friend want going to be entirely true. Someone would be booked in and they were required to have certain necessities, a calling card being one with their own private pin and they would purposely “accidentally” run out and tell them they’ll get them one soon and everytime they’d ask a guard for a card so they could call a bondsman or even their family, that guard would assure them that they’ll check into it. They’d forget about it the instant they walked away. They didn’t care. They thought it was funny. They felt Ike they’d deserved it. I swear sometimes it would be 3 days later before they would get one. If they were non English speaking….hang it up I can’t recall ever a time they got their card before 3-4 days. It was disgusting. It made me sick. After so long I left. I can’t imagine how much worse it would be at a worse jail or prison where they have more authority and control over the inmates than the the piss ant jailers did at the little county jail I worked at.

The defense team disseminated crime scene photos to more than one True Crime Podcast. Murder Sheet Podcast, along with others contacted authorities that they received them. Some Podcasters and TC Programmers chose to look at them, some chose to talk about it, some chose not to, but many had been talking about the photos for weeks and admitted on Air that they were sent to them without asking for them.

No one is claiming that the defense team disseminated anything, so please get your facts straight. The last thing this case needs is more disinformation. The only public record for this is the memorandum written by Baldwin's attorney, and this clearly states that an ex employee was given use of Baldwin's office space, and while in that space was able to access evidence from the Allen case. He or she copied or photographed some of this evidence and then shared it with another person, who shared it with others. What is important to look at in a breach like this is, who benefits? We don't know what the ex-employee's motives were. Could they have been paid to do this? Could they have expected a payoff down the road? Anyone who has ever worked in a law office knows how critical attorney/client privilege is. They know that to lift evidence is an extreme violation of all kinds of ethics and rules of professional conduct--so why would they do it? They must be either an associate attorney or a paralegal, or legal assistant--I'm assuming this ex-employee did more than just answer the phones. To do something like this, even if they don't face criminal charges, would certainly destroy their legal career. Why would someone risk destroying their legal career just to post to Facebook? It's very aggrevating when LEO'S are done they're done! They called off looking for my aunt who had dementia, she was in the stages of in & out of it & it really pissed me off! How could they do that! Just leave an elderly woman outside in the dark all night, & it's the same with these 2 children & others🤬 They hadn't even searched within an 1/8 of a mile all around their home & they were done! They searched 1 field, & I flat out said she wouldn't go that way, that they needed to search the other field which would be a familiar way for her to go, and they said NO! & NO, that we couldn't search it either!😡 Within 15 mins of them calling off the search, she popped out of the very field I said she was in, TG, but the great part is she made it home & made these Indiana LEO'S look like total freakin' idiots, by not even listening to a family member😢 With these 2 girls, the groups should've been able to go in every direction & they didn't. Some even said it's like they were all forced to go one way, the wrong way! At dusk, it came over a walkie-talkie that the girls were found, so many people left thinking they were found, others stayed & waited a very long time for confirmation then it came back over the walkie-talkie No they weren't found, but searchers had already left😢 I thought later. Wow, was that done on purpose?🤔 Later that evening it was getting very dark & on one person's live stream, that was in a group, but she wanted to go that way, right where L&A were ultimately found, but she/they saw a very bright light over there, she showed the bright light on her stream & she said no point in searching over there because whoever was over there has such a bright light that it lit up the whole area like daylight, so they all figured those people wouldn't miss a thing, since it was so well lit up, so they turned to go another way😢 But who was over there with that bright light?🤔 Also some other people in groups & 2 who weren't in groups but all were searching had said some odd things, like they had also been steered away from going over there😮 i think one was an officer who had a walkie-talkie & I know from their live stream that one was wearing a flannel shirt! So, Why & Who were these people that were steering other people away?🤔 Extremely Odd! I thought had they been found that first night, & searchers were lied to, still search because they may stumble upon more evidence, or did the killer(s) come back to the area to bring L&A there & were they the ones with that bright light, & were they the ones forcing others to turn away🤔

It's so maddening that they didn't search through the night for the girls. How does anyone give up after a few hours, I can't understand. Perhaps they just didn't have many people available to search

@jimnasium7700 they had quite a lot of people searching for them. Some didn't have flashlights & left at dusk, & many left due to that early broardcast they were found, but they weren't found! I think some others stayed & searched until they were absolutely worn out, & I think the fog was rolling in in those wee hours as well, but I agree, stay & search until you can't, but had all of those groups been dispersed throughout the whole property's appropriately, & if those girls were there, they'd likely would've been found that evening 😞

RA was the only male who came forward about being at the trail that day so, with one week left until the election, they arrested him - after 5.5 years of nothing. Witnesses made it clear that other males were at the trails, including a young one at the bridge, but law enforcement just had to go with the one who volunteered himself as that was the only name they actually knew.

Why did the girls go on this venture? Did one of the boyfriends lure them out? Switching the clothes on the girls seems rather crazy or just prankish and immature.
