young players doesn't have nightmare like Kobe in any of their games, so they don't know how to guard Derozan, TBH Derozan's moves are more simple and effective than Kobe's

Unfortunately the other guys that are just as good in the mid range have evolved and are also efficient at 3's as well. This doesn't work in the playoffs anymore if it's the only trick in his bag.

Why would u think that it won't? The defense is so loose in nba rn since the era of MJ, the defence of that era would just literally stay inside the tree point line where making J is difficult. Yet compared to this era where the D are spread out bc of 3s. And that's when you should capitalize in the mid and paint.

@@mysteriousoverpoweredbaldg9284 because DeMar is is one of the worst playoff performers ever that's why and defenses aren't loose in the post season. KD and Kawhi are also excellent in mid range but it's not the only facet of their game. Year after year DeMar underperforms I'm the playoffs because it's easy to scheme against him defensively.
