Knees to a grounded opponent really opens up a lot submissions. The way DJ locked up that guillotine was sick, it was in tight. The Art of MMA, such a beautiful thing.

First, in the armbar you want to hyperextend the cubital joint the elbow and supinate the hand wrist. To defend the guillotine, bring both your hands up and pull your opponent's head toward his chest. The more you understand anatomy and physiology the more you can inflict pain and prevent yourself from experiencing it.

Armbar: Ignore the advice about putting your hand behind you, Just use the friction on the arm as you fall back - tighter that way. DJ does a little back and forth on the video even though he says use the arm as he described. Grip: Use a Gable Grip whenever you can and if it makes sense in the circumstance. Unquestionably stronger, but it can be awkward if you haven't adjusted to it. Gable Grip requires little finger strength for a stronger hold.

Otehr than benevidez (cejudo left the division for good) DJ has no one to fight in the UFC. Him fighting in ONE is just more competition for him. I would say UFC has more promotions than ONE but DJ already a big name even if you don't watch mma hardcore.
